Wednesday - Reflection
A little practice for today.
This month we've been talking about trust—trusting others, trusting life, and especially trusting ourselves.
One of the things I'm learning is that trusting ourselves doesn't mean always knowing what to do.
Sometimes it means knowing how to come back to ourselves when we're unsure.
So today, when you notice yourself worrying, second-guessing, or looking outside yourself for an answer, pause.
Put your attention on one breath.
Feel yourself breathing in.
Feel yourself breathing out.
And quietly say:
"I am here. I can listen to myself."
You don't need to immediately know what to do.
Just come back.
Then ask yourself:
What do I know right now?
Not what does everyone else think.
Not what should I do.
Not what will make everyone happy.
What do I know right now?
See what you hear.
One more thing...
I'm excited to share that my next Intentional Communication Training Program will begin the first week of September.
If you've been wanting to go deeper into this work—not just learn about mindful communication, but actually practice it and make it part of how you communicate—this is the program I've created for that.
Insiders and alumni receive special pricing: $2,200 or five monthly payments of $440.
You can learn more and join us here: https://www.intentionalconversations.com/training-program-2026
I'd love to practice with you.
