Friday: Practice Phrase
Sometimes we look outside ourselves for the answer before we've even stopped to listen to what's happening within us.
When you notice yourself second-guessing, over-explaining, or looking to someone else to tell you what you already know, pause.
Take a breath.
And quietly say:
“I can trust myself to know what I know.”
You don't have to act immediately.
You don't have to be certain.
Just listen.
Trust begins with staying connected to yourself.
