Just five minutes to read through it and each private podcast is less than 15 minutes. 

It's designed for busy schedules and is not something that adds stress. 

While one-on-one coaching isn't included, Cynthia is actively involved. She creates all the content, so you'll see her personality in all that's included, and you'll get all her wisdom in the private podcast. 

It's not private coaching-but you'll definitely feel her presence and support. Many say that is feels like having Cynthia as their communication mentor in their pocket.

The free weekly newsletter is a small Intentional Communication Tip each week along with an interview Cynthia has done or an article. 

The Mindful Communication Insider goes deeper into teaching the how of Intentional Communication, and sharing practices and strategies to help you navigate challenging interactions and expressing yourself in a clear, concise, and conscious way.
