Change the practice, change the interaction

Right now, you're interacting based off your instincts. What you learned growing up from your parents, friends, teachers, partners, the media. In stressful interactions at work, with your partner, kids, or when you get up in front of a group to speak, you're communicating from a place of stress and survival within the body. 

This is the pattern you are in now - your existing communication practice.

We are going to disrupt this pattern, create a new practice, become more open and flexible thinkers and communicators, so you can connect more with your partner, kids and clients and teams. 

The reason companies have their employees work with me and therapists send their clients my way is because what sets me and my work apart is that it sticks.

15 years of living this work +  teaching men, women, and businesses how to manage their reactions without suppressing their emotions.  

You can try to figure this out on your own, but my experience is here and available for you. I want you to learn from my mistakes so you don't lose the same amount of days as I did feeling stuck, stagnant, and alone. Either path you take won't be easy. But within this program you’ll have direct coaching with me throughout to take you through.

I've been where you are, figured out a practice to have less fighting and arguing with my partner and kids, as well as an easier time expressing myself at work, and have the day-to-day fulfillment to prove it.

What makes this different than other communication work out there is that

  • we begin with how we're communicating with ourselves, because this is truly what dictates how we interact with others

  • there is a focus on the space between stimulus and response, and learning how to regulate our emotions and calm our nervous system

  • there are no dialogue scripts or partner work. No scripts, because what works for one person won't necessarily work for you 

  • the practice is grounded in the Elements of Right Speech in Buddhism (this does not make it a religious practice) and meditation and mindfulness practices are foundational to this work

  • Kane Intentional Communication™ is a mix of mindful communication, non-violent communication and self-responsible communication
