This weekly guidance will teach you how to become more confident, connected, conscious, concise, and compassionate in your most important relationships. 

CALMER CONVERSATIONS AND RELATIONSHIPS ARE WAITING FOR YOU

The purpose of this membership is for you to become more intentional with your communication - improving not only your most important relationships but also your day-to-day interactions with people you don’t know. 

 

A community for those who want to change the way they communicate and don’t want to do it alone.

WHAT'S INCLUDED?

  • Weekly Communication Intention: You’ll start the week off by focusing your attention on your communication intention. This becomes almost like your thesis statement, a guide for you to come back to again and again throughout the week - a reminder of what you’re practicing during the week.  

 

  • Weekly Recorded Meditation Specific to Communication: The meditation practice will be 5, 10, 15, or 20 minutes and will support the communication intention for the week. It will be a recording.   

 

  • Live Weekly Group Call with Cynthia: These are live calls with Cynthia (Thursdays at 12 p.m. EST) where you show up and share what’s coming up for you, challenges you’re facing in your interactions, and receive practices and feedback to move forward. If you aren't able to make a call, no problem, you'll be able to send in questions and Cynthia will answer them on the call. All calls are recorded.
