YES! I Want to Increase Income and VisibilityYou've done the personal work. You've figured out how to feel less stress, anxiety and overwhelm in your personal life.
And then, you start to run a business, seeing clients, collaborating, having to pay attention to finances.
Suddenly, you're faced with having to ask for what you want and need, to make hard decisions and have difficult conversations, when all you want to do is keep the peace, and make everything and everyone feel good.
A client isn't able to pay you right away, "that's okay, I'll figure it out," you say.
You lower your price for your clients, "that's okay, I'll figure it out," you say.
A partner isn't holding up their side of the contract, "that's okay, I'll figure it out," you say.
Someone on your team isn't pulling their weight, "I'll figure it out," you say.
All of the above are instances of not wanting to rock the boat.
Do any of them feel familiar to you?
As meditation and mindfulness instructors we want things to be easy and light; we want to be open and caring and compassionate, we want to be of service and so we often put others above and before our own well-being.
Our business won't work, unless we can take care of both.
We can nurture ourselves and our clients, partners and collaborators, by learning how to communicate intentionally in our business.
Until you feel more confident setting boundaries, talking about money, having hard conversations, you’ll remain stuck in this vicious loop where your clients, partners, team, and collaborators dictate how you run your business and how successful it becomes.
I've been there. Even with a high six figure business I wasn't able to pay myself, all because I didn't know how to balance being in service to others and myself at the same time.
I’m hosting a live workshop that will share communication practices to help you navigate and run your business successfully.
I’ve been teaching these communication practices since 2015… and have taught over 60k people with great success.
Here’s a glimpse of what we'll cover together
- What your interactions look like now and what it's costing your business
- What your interactions could look like and the benefits to your business
- What communication practices you can implement now to create a true service based business
Then we'll end with a Q&A and meditation specific for communication.
If this is something you’d like to learn then grab your seat as spots are limited.
