When I first discovered this practice (what has become Intentional Communication) it was like taking off a blindfold - a whole new world opened up for me.
I know what lies ahead for you as you begin to change the way you communicate and let me say, this is a great day to be you!
For this challenge to be successful, you'll need to commit to showing up each day and doing the assigned practices, and trusting the process.

How to play/listen to your tracks:1) You can access and listen to these tracks via this page, anytime using your smart-phone, mobile device, laptop, computer, etc. - as long as you have wifi.
2) If you want to 'download' the tracks and save them permanently to your device/s - you will need to use a computer/laptop to initially download them (not a phone or tablet). The mp3s will then save directly onto your computer (usually the 'downloads' folder) and you can then move them to a media player or your iTunes account and then 'sync' your phone/mobile devices with your computer.
